Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Art Studio DSP to join our team at TECH, Inc.

In this role, you will play a vital part in empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to express themselves creatively through various art forms.


Key Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Client Support: Provide direct care services, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Art Program Development: Collaborate with other staff members to plan and implement art programs, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Artistic Expression: Encourage and facilitate clients' artistic expression, teaching them various art techniques and mediums.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.

Experience: Preferred one year of experience in the intellectual and/or developmental disabilities field.

Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of art, including drawing, painting, and technique work required.

Licenses: Valid and current Kansas Driver's License required.

Physical Demands: Medium Work, occasionally lifting/moving 20-50 pounds.


An estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $28,000 - $38,000.
