Job Title: Lead MRI Technologist

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for monitoring the day-to-day operations of a clinical team that delivers MRI services. The successful candidate will have clinical supervision, training, patient and family relations, staffing oversight, and multidisciplinary communication skills. They will work closely with the Administrative Manager to attain department goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Interviewing and hiring employees
  • Providing training and performance mentorship
  • Planning, assigning, and directing work
  • Addressing complaints and resolving problems
  • Providing input and expertise at the system level through committee work and innovation councils
Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Medical Imaging
  • Graduate of an approved accredited Radiology technology program, ultrasound program, or nuclear medicine program
  • Registered with the ARRT, ARDMS, or NMCBT
  • Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio
Work Environment:

This position is a day shift with 36 scheduled weekly hours. The department is MRI, and the work environment is a healthcare setting.
