Job Summary

We are seeking a Housekeeper who is passionate about making a difference for our Sierra Vista Community. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of community spaces, including resident rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces
  • Assist with laundry, linen management, and other housekeeping tasks as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must clear a criminal background check, physical, and drug screening
  • Comfortable working in an environment with pets and assisting in the care of community pets
  • Ability to work with people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementia-related diseases
  • Previous experience working with older adults and/or persons with memory-impairing diseases is desirable
