Position Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time Lead Cashier to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in maintaining guest satisfaction and ensuring smooth transactions at the service desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage every guest, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge and providing exemplary service.
  • Oversee and authorize guest returns, exchanges, and merchandise credits while ensuring accurate PoS transactions and cash control.
  • Assist in training new cashiers and cross-training team members.
  • Prepare daily deposits and manage cash and media securely.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and support loss-prevention initiatives.
  • Manage cashier productivity, scheduling, and performance communication with management.
  • Maintain front-end supplies and assist with guest service, merchandising, and display maintenance as required.
  • Cover cashier shifts in case of absences and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
