Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including processing and dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and counseling patients on medication use and health-related topics.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs and promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough medication reviews and provide recommendations for medication therapy optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest clinical guidelines, research, and best practices in pharmacy practice.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program.
