In this role, you will:

  • Operate and maintain assigned weaving machines to ensure optimal production levels.
  • Troubleshoot issues with the machinery and perform repairs as needed.
  • Meet or exceed quality and production standards set by management.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in textile manufacturing is a must.
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
