As a Physical Therapist at TotalMed Staffing, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients to help them achieve their physical therapy goals. You will develop personalized plans tailored to each patient's needs, working closely with the Physical Therapist team to ensure optimal patient progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function.
Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for home management.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Physical Therapist (PT) License
BLS Certifications
Two years of recent Physical Therapist experience
Strong communication and adaptability skills.
