Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team in a dynamic outpatient setting. As a Physiotherapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients to identify physical therapy needs and develop treatment plans to address those needs.
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients to improve mobility, strength, and function.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
  • 2+ years of experience in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
