- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel, utilizing critical thinking skills and decisive judgment to work with minimal supervision.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience, preferably in an infusion or apheresis setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
