Illinois Oil Marketing Equipment, Inc. is seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
- Read and interpret plans, instructions, and specifications to determine work activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials, machinery, and tools to the appropriate locations according to project plans or specifications.
- Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed.
- Operate jackhammers or drills to break up concrete or pavement, and dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth to grade specifications.
- Position, join, align, or seal structural components, and position or dismantle forms for pouring concrete.
- Operate or maintain air monitoring or other sampling devices in confined or hazardous environments.
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
- Ability to work in all weather types and lift 100+ lbs.
