Job Summary:
Vibra Travels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel nurse to join our team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at one of our partner facilities in Saddlebrook, New Jersey. As a travel nurse with Vibra Travels, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients in the PCU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the physician or other healthcare team members.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in the PCU or a similar acute care setting.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
