Aircraft Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Craftsman to join our team at PowerHouse Resources International, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing items such as boxes, crates, pallets, and storage bins from wood and wood substitutes.

• Construct and repair items from wood and wood substitutes, following specifications and measurements.
• Fasten or install parts using various tools and equipment.
• Repair defective containers by replacing damaged parts and inserting wood bracings, cardboard files, and felt pads.
• Build crates around objects using hand tools and pneumatic nailers.
• Apply preservatives to prolong wood life and pack, seal, band, and apply markings to crates and containers.

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 1/2 years of direct related experience and a strong understanding of woodworking and repair techniques.
