Customs Rater

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customs Rater to join our team at Delmar International Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for rating, releasing, and managing customs transactions for a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rate and release customs transactions in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Manage customs documentation and enter relevant information into the Delmar system
• Collaborate with clients to resolve any issues or concerns
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of MS Office and computers
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customs or trade compliance considered an asset
