Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and support wellness initiatives to ensure the health and well-being of our residents.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare practitioners, ancillary providers, pharmacies, family members, and staff to ensure timely clinical interventions and follow-up.
- Oversee Medication Technicians and Caregivers, providing direction on daily shift assignments and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Update and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Make situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive manner, demonstrating strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Requirements
- Active LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located.
- CPR Certification or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Proficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work the defined schedule for this position, which may include weekends and holidays.
- Intermediate computer and mobile device skills.

- Dependable and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, adept at guiding and directing teams.
