Project Engineer Job Summary

CWT is seeking a skilled Project Engineer to implement and install capital equipment and facilities, driving energy efficiency and sustainability in commercial and residential applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend and procure facilities and equipment for project implementation
  • Design and size facilities and equipment for proper application
  • Develop cost estimates and schedules to control costs and ensure timely project completion
  • Install and start up equipment, providing field supervision and follow-up
  • Provide project documentation and maintain records for future reference
  • Lead the deployment of best practice process improvement methodologies
  • Train and lead improvement activities with operators, maintenance personnel, and engineering department
  • Introduce process improvements to maximize output, efficiency, and reduce cost
  • Develop new systems to improve workflow and fix process defects
  • Promote and practice safety and good housekeeping
  • Supervise draftsmen, technicians, or engineers assigned to projects as required
  • Travel to vendor facilities to evaluate technical capabilities
