Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough inspections of concrete members to ensure they meet the required tolerances as specified by shop cards and PCI standards.
- Perform various types of concrete testing, including slumps, unit weights, air content, release cylinders, and 28-day cylinders.
- Set up steam clocks to ensure proper curing temperatures and monitor finishing procedures in the finishing shed.
- Inspect final products for conformance and identify any non-conforming items, notifying the engineering department for approval or repair work orders.
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
