  • Address service requests to perform Change of Occupancy Maintenance and other maintenance tasks.

  • Move equipment and furnishings to various job sites; load and unload delivery vehicles.
  • Respond to emergency repair requests as directed by management.
  • Repair and construct window and door screens and frames.
  • Perform landscaping tasks, including digging, leveling, and maintaining grounds.
  • Remove flooring materials as needed.
  • Utilize power tools and equipment to clean outdoor areas and ensure site cleanliness.
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Keep management informed of work progress and any issues encountered.
  • Maintain assigned vehicle and inventory as required.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than one year of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic skills in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
  • Ability to provide essential tools for daily tasks.
  • Familiarity with basic computer and tablet operations.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing English for effective communication.
  • Capability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Vocational or technical training in a related field.
