Hibachi Server

We are seeking a skilled Hibachi Server to join our team at Hiro Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar. As a Hibachi Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing the hibachi grill, and engaging with guests to create a lively and entertaining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare the hibachi grill and ingredients for cooking.
• Engage with guests, perform table-side service, and create a lively atmosphere.
• Keep the hibachi area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Assist with food preparation, cleaning, and restocking as needed.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their experience and address any concerns.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including food handling and sanitation.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous serving experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
