Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Kennestone Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements

  • Current/active license as a practical nurse in the state of Georgia and in good standing.
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of practical/vocational nursing.
  • One year medical/surgical nursing practice in an acute care environment or urgent care, or medical office experience.
