SEI1GLOBAL is seeking a Lead Financial Accountant to become an integral part of the Revenue Accounting division within the Corporate Accounting department. The selected candidate will be instrumental in overseeing the monthly closing procedures across diverse business units, frequently engaging with accounting and billing platforms. Key responsibilities encompass monthly general ledger reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and additional tasks.

The Revenue Accounting division is tasked with:

  • Recognizing and reporting revenue across all business sectors
  • Maintaining revenue and billing systems
  • Managing client billing and accounts receivable
  • Ensuring internal control compliance for all revenue-related processes
Your Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall monthly closing process for various business sectors
  • Handle invoicing on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Resolve complex invoicing challenges
  • Review contracts and associated documentation
  • Record journal entries and conduct revenue analysis
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Collaborate with auditors
  • Contribute to process enhancements
  • Develop expertise in billing systems
  • Participate in special projects
Qualifications Required:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with accounting and/or billing systems
  • The capability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills
  • A background of 5 to 10 years in a relevant field
