We are currently looking for an Agricultural Feed Consultant to operate within Nebraska.

Geographical Focus:
Nebraska and Western Iowa

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide an exceptional customer experience by actively listening to farmers, surpassing their expectations, and aligning with their goals.

2. Engage in contemporary business practices by offering a distinctive sales experience.

3. Educate farmers by challenging conventional methods and leveraging expertise to foster long-term relationships built on trust.

4. Serve as a representative of the Syngenta product line by making informed recommendations and addressing field concerns in collaboration with Agronomy.

5. Suggest optimal product placements to enhance customer satisfaction.

6. Oversee the operational budget, variable selling costs, and marketing resources in accordance with district policies.

7. Expand your designated territory by attracting new farmers.
