Job SummaryThe IT Coordinator is a key member of the Fidelity Health Care team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and manage employee access to our IT systems, including new hires, terminations, and interim changes.
- Provision and deploy devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, with the necessary applications and security settings.
- Audit user security to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information.
- Coordinate with Premier Corporate IT for access requests related to their supported systems.
- Image new or returned devices and maintain IT inventory at required levels.
- Assist users with password and account issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of job-related experience, preferably in a technical support or network administration role.
- A strong understanding of Windows-based hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, switches, routers, cabling, and other hardware and connectivity-related products.
- Knowledge of a Windows-based network, including Active Directory, Microsoft, and other software products.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong training and customer service skills.
A degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Additionally, experience with imaging and deploying devices, as well as maintaining IT inventory, is a plus.
