Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in partnership with a wonderful school district in Colorado. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication disorders and develop strategies to address them
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress and services provided
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in Colorado
  • ASHA certification (SLP-CCC) or CFY
  • Experience working with students in a school setting, preferably with a focus on speech therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
