About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Boonesboro Trail Senior Living. As a Culinary Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Culinary Team Management: Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment, meeting all relevant health and safety regulations.
