Supplier Quality Assurance Auditor

At Holtec International, we are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Quality Assurance Auditor to join our team at the Palisades Nuclear Plant in Covert, MI.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and conducting performance-based audits of suppliers, as well as generating corresponding reports in accordance with applicable procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops audit plans and performs supplier audits
• Leads audit teams in support of station safety-related procurement activities
• Supports NUPIC and other similar industry-related organizations by performing and leading supplier audits
• Ensures quality and accuracy of QA documentation
• Supports the QA organization with the roll-up of issues to identify adverse trends in supplier quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field or equivalent work experience
• Four years of nuclear power plant experience in the field of quality assurance or supervisory experience in plant operations
• Minimum one year of experience in the overall implementation of the Quality Assurance Program and ANSI/ANS N certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lead Auditor Certification
• Previous NUPIC auditor training
