Job Summary:

The Interventional Radiology Technologist will be responsible for assisting physicians during interventional radiology procedures, preparing and maintaining sterile equipment and supplies, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient information. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures, including preparing and maintaining sterile equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient information, including medical history, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Prepare and maintain sterile equipment and supplies, adhering to hospital protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical imaging technologies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in interventional radiology or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
