Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for Voice and Video Conferencing systems
- Design and develop Unified Communications and Video Conferencing systems
- Lead delivery efforts at customer locations
- Assess vulnerabilities and maintain security compliance of Voice and Video Conferencing systems
- Provide support for customer scheduled and unplanned outages
- Provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced VC/UC personnel
- Serve as the point of escalation support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians
- Plan and configure systems for user environments
- Support the acquisition of hardware and software as needed
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology
- Participate in special projects as required
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of related experience in network analysis and design
- Experience in Voice and Video Engineering, Infrastructure including design, maintenance, support, deployment, implementation, systems engineering
- Advanced knowledge in Cisco Unified Communications Systems, QoS Quality of Service, Cisco Unity Connection, VCS, Streaming Video, Cisco Video devices, Crestron and Codex VTC units, Microsoft Teams and other Collaboration tools
- Video teleconferencing certification
- Strong background with Cisco Meeting Server, VQ Conference Manager, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and/or Microsoft Teams
- Managed virtualized applications or have knowledge of how to manage virtualized applications
