About Us

At T.E.A.M. 4 Kids, we're dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric therapy services to children in the Phoenix valley. As a family-owned and locally run business, we're passionate about helping every child reach their greatest potential.

We're currently growing our team to support our expanding services and are seeking a skilled SLPA Therapist to join our team. Our pediatric clinics offer a range of therapy services, including PT, OT, ST, ABA, Feeding, and Myo services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children with varying needs and abilities.
  • Collaborate with our experienced therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Participate in weekly department meetings and supervision sessions to ensure high-quality care.
  • Work closely with therapy aides to ensure seamless support for clinicians.
Requirements
  • Current license for Speech Therapy Assistants in Arizona (or willingness to obtain an AZ license if out of state).
  • Fluency in a second language (for dual language positions).
  • Completion of 100 hours of SLPA certification.
  • At least 6 months of experience in pediatric therapy.
