Job Summary:

Vaco is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our client's technology team as a full-time, on-site IT Director in the Northern Cincinnati area.

This is a 5-day a week, in-office position that requires the ideal candidate to be responsible for identifying and documenting the current IT state, creating a future state roadmap, and managing the IT team and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy and Planning: Identify and document the current IT state, create a future state roadmap, and develop a comprehensive IT strategy.
• Team Management: Manage IT personnel and budget, ensuring effective team performance and resource allocation.
• Technology Implementation: Oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, plan and execute future cloud migration (Azure), and upgrade or identify a suitable new Content Management System (CMS).
• Reporting and Analytics: Improve reporting and develop a comprehensive reporting strategy to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT management or directorial roles, with a strong background in Microsoft technologies.
• 10+ years of technical experience, with 3+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, cloud migration (Azure), and CMS systems, particularly Magento.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with strong budgeting and project management abilities.
