Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with dining and personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation, including developing and maintaining individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Successful completion of State CNA/STNA course is required. Must maintain certification
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending
