Christus Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced clinical psychologist to join our well-established community-based residency program. As a core faculty member, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to residents in their clinics, promoting a supportive and collaborative learning environment.
- Develop and deliver didactic presentations, case discussions, and procedural training to residents and medical students, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, work groups, and committees to drive excellence in patient care and residency program outcomes.
- Serve as a faculty advisor, providing guidance and support to residents in achieving their career and educational goals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the residency program curriculum, ensuring it remains relevant and effective.
- Engage in a full spectrum of patient care, including geriatric patients, and manage a patient load of approximately 16 patients across 3-4 clinics weekly.
