Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Laboratory Specialist will:
1. Provide expert technical guidance and leadership in troubleshooting laboratory testing, equipment functionality, and quality assurance processes.
2. Collaborate with the Assistant Section Manager and Manager to oversee the daily operations of the laboratory division.
3. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain the highest levels of accuracy in laboratory results.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience as recognized by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS), Blood Bank (BB), Clinical (C), Hematology (H), or Microbiology (MB) by a nationally recognized certifying body.
- A minimum of three years of practical experience as a medical technologist, demonstrating supervisory skills.

Work Schedule
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday, with shifts from 2:30 PM to 11 PM. Occasional weekend work may be necessary.
