Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Lead Cashier, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our cashwrap area, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cashwrap operations, including cash handling, transactions, and customer service
  • Train and develop new cashiers, ensuring they meet our high standards of customer service and sales performance
  • Monitor and maintain cashwrap standards, including cleanliness and aesthetics
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth
  • Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
