Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance-related activities, including interior and exterior maintenance, equipment maintenance, and system maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead and train direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Implement and ensure compliance with fire, safety, risk, environmental, and health and safety programs.
  • Collaborate with the Facility Maintenance Manager to ensure alignment with current priorities and review monthly utility reports.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance workload using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Provide recommendations on future capital expenditure projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate the completion of all electrical maintenance activities.
  • Participate in site-specific projects for energy efficiency studies conducted in collaboration with the Lineage Energy Management department.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in facility maintenance management.
  • Experience working on and around ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2 refrigeration systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan regulatory requirements, program implementation, and compliance oversight.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in mechanical and electrical fundamentals and applications.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit (-25 Celsius).
