Job Summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a highly skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, repair, and maintenance of all buildings, machinery, and equipment at our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to ensure optimal property performance
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance needs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of facilities and equipment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in maintenance or a related field
  • 1-4 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC certification a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
