Deli Manager

Restaurant Depot is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Deli Manager to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our deli products are stocked, labeled, and delivered to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

• Supervise and train deli staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards for customer service and product quality.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our deli products are properly displayed and merchandised.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a deli or food service environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
