Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled caregiver to provide support and companionship to a sweet family man in Elmhurst. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal care and mobility assistance, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the client with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide mobility assistance, including transfers and ambulation
  • Prepare the client for the day, including getting him out of bed and ready for the day
  • Return to the client in the evening to transfer him back to bed
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in personal care or a related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed
