Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the physical environment of the laboratory, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
  • Prepare the laboratory for daily use, including setting up equipment and materials.
  • Assist in the collection and processing of aspen seedling root and leaf samples, following established laboratory procedures.
  • Help process data using programs such as ImageJ and analyze results in Excel and R.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of research records and logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Requirements
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and terminology.
