Overview

The MRI Technologist II-WKND position is a weekend-only role where the MRI Technologist will work independently. This position offers a premium shift incentive and requires the ability to perform specialized MRI procedures on patients, resulting in diagnostic images for interpretation by a radiologist. The successful candidate will provide patient care essential to these procedures, apply principles of MR safety, and perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Responsibilities
  • Perform specialized MRI procedures on patients, resulting in diagnostic images for interpretation by a radiologist.
  • Provide patient care essential to these procedures.
  • Apply principles of MR safety.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of an accredited Radiography program.
  • Three plus years of MRI experience.
  • A.R.R.T. Registered with advanced MR registry ARRT (R)(MR).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS).
