Job Summary

We're seeking a Service Associate to join our team. As a Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include bagging items at checkout, restocking returns, retrieving carts from the parking lot, vacuuming the front-end, restocking coolers, and collecting trash.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
  • Collect trash, take it to the compactor, and operate the compactor.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, keep floors clean, and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Collect carts, stack them, and push them back to the front-end of the store.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position.
  • Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must meet company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
  • Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
