Fabrication Specialist

Pureflow Inc is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal and other weldable materials using various welding techniques.

• Welding and Fabrication: Join, fabricate, and repair metal and other weldable materials by applying appropriate welding techniques.
• Interpretation of Blueprints: Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to determine the appropriate welding process.
• Equipment Operation: Operate welding equipment, regulating current and voltage or gas and wire flow rates for proper penetration and fusion of materials.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed welds to determine structural soundness.
• Assistance with Installation: May assist Installation Department staff in installing new, central water systems at customer sites.

• Experience: 2 or more years of welding experience (steel fabrication & pipe welding).
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Certification: Welding Certification preferred.
• Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, self-motivated, results-oriented, organized, energetic, and capable of staying cool under pressure from multiple ongoing projects.

• Industrial Setting: Majority of work performed in an industrial shop setting.
• Occasional Travel: Occasional work performed in industrial customer facilities, with possible travel.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
