Residential Carpenter

Synerfac is seeking a skilled Residential Trim Carpenter to join our team in the D.C. Metropolitan Area.

We are looking for a highly experienced carpenter to perform a wide range of tasks, including framing, installing windows and doors, building structures, and completing finishing touches.

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.
• Perform various carpentry tasks, including framing, installing windows and doors, building structures, and completing finishing work.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials.
• Install cabinets, countertops, molding, trim, and other interior and exterior woodwork.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain tools and equipment, and perform routine maintenance to ensure their longevity and optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and other trade professionals to ensure smooth project execution.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project stakeholders to address any concerns or provide updates on the project progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that materials and tools are properly stored and disposed of.

• Extensive experience in residential carpentry with a proven track record of successful projects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
