Baler Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Baler Laborer to join our team at Twin City Staffing in Saint Paul, MN. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

• Move materials using a material handler to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Operate the baler and ensure proper feeding of materials to meet production goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to ensure accurate tracking and ordering.
• Perform routine clean-up tasks to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team's efforts.

• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the entire shift, with a maximum weight capacity of 75 lbs.
• Pass a pre-employment drug test to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Wear steel-toed boots to protect against workplace hazards.
