We have successfully guided our clients from painful conditions, which they believed were permanent, to becoming active, pain-free individuals. Our unique approach differentiates us from traditional physical therapy practices, as we emphasize the connection between movement patterns and musculoskeletal pain to accurately assess injury sources.
Our experienced team comprises:
- New York State Licensed Physical Therapists
- Certified ART and Facial Counterstrain Providers
- Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialists
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists
We evaluate stability, flexibility, and neuromuscular functions, collaborating to address the root causes of issues. Our goal is straightforward: to help our clients move and feel better than when they first arrived.
