We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Technician to join our team in a full-time, benefit-eligible position. As part of our collaborative team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients. Your role will involve direct monitoring of BBF network elements, network performance, and facilities, as well as coordinating with Field Operations and NOC Engineers on trouble tickets to ensure efficient issue resolution. This position requires overnight shift work, but training will take place during the day shift hours. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

As an NOC Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer support to Bluebird Fiber clients
  • Directly monitoring BBF network elements, network performance, and facilities
