About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented NVD Administrator to join our team at Holman Enterprises. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of client vehicle licensing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with State Division of Motor Vehicles and Licensing Agencies to process client vehicle licensing requirements.
  • Complete state licensing documents efficiently and accurately for cars, trucks, and specialized equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to ensure proper licensing of customer vehicles and provide recommendations on best practices.
  • Respond to license-related inquiries via multiple platforms.
  • Process licensing work through internal online systems, State Division of Motor Vehicle, and third-party licensing vendors.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain Support Coordinator and/or Process Facilitator on specific projects, escalations, workload distribution, and client requests.
  • Research and communicate changes in state laws and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in various states on licensing procedures.
  • Assist with training new and existing employees and provide support to coworkers with questions.
  • Maintain and ensure data integrity of vehicle information.
  • Identify and troubleshoot supply chain and licensing delays, and develop alternative solutions.
  • Work with clients to ensure all required state documentation and inspections are included with licensing and delivery paperwork.
  • Proactively follow up on licensing to ensure deadlines are being met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools, including MS Office Programs.
  • Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in administrative services or related fields.
  • Knowledge of DMV regulations and/or Supply Chain processes helpful but not necessary.
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
