Nutrition Therapist

We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our Nutrition Team in an acute care medical center in Louisville, KY. As a key member of our team, you will provide medical nutrition therapy, including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for the patient population.

• Provide personalized nutrition care plans to patients with complex medical needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based nutrition interventions
• Mentor and train patient services staff on nutrition-related topics
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, in states where required
• One (1) year of hospital experience, preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
