Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and lead by example, setting the tone for a positive and productive work environment.
- Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide guidance and support to team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Drive Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience, from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained, meeting or exceeding company standards.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Effectively manage inventory and supplies to ensure that the restaurant is well-stocked and that waste is minimized.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Regularly monitor and analyze sales, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Previous Management or Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, guests, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to Lift 55 Pounds: Ability to lift 55 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
