**Overview:**

This leadership position requires a blend of clinical expertise, administrative skills, and effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to staff and teams, ensuring adherence to the organization's core values and strategic plan.

* Directly supervise and support Clinical Supervisors, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

* Collaborate with the Center Director to implement and monitor systems, supports, and programs, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to clients.

* Oversee the quality of client services and the efficiency of staff supervision, providing clinical and administrative support as needed.

**Required Qualifications:**

* Previous experience supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

* Completion of a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.

* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

* Completion of 8 hours of supervision course approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous experience with supervision per BACB standards.

* Previous experience with early intervention, with an emphasis on Verbal Behavior.

* Experience with programming based on Skinner's analysis of language.

**Additional Eligibility Qualifications:**

* Licensure to practice Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the State of Maryland (LBA).

* Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification, including pediatric BLS/CPR.
