We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at the Alerus Center. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest sanitation levels for all tableware, serving materials, and cooking equipment.
Responsibilities- Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, and cooking equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
- Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition.
- Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment.
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is helpful.
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests in a clear, business-like, and respectful manner.
- Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.
